We had Stuart onboard to carry out a survey of the chillers as we were struggling to keep the boat at temperature during the summer in Dubai. He used specialist test equipment that we had never seen any other contractors using and it showed us the exact cooling capacity being produced. He highlighted issues with that we hadn’t seen including liquid return and refrigerant contamination. He offered support explaining his findings and guiding us through the processes to fix the problems as we were in a remote location. Stuart is a specialist in his field and great teacher as well. I learnt a lot whilst he was onbaord and from the follow up support post visit. Thanks for your help, I look forward to working with you more in the future.
