Our Admin department had been very busy in January, with two audits in the space of three days and we are pleased to say we passed both our ISO 9001 and our City & Guilds audits, with great comments from both auditors.
ISO 9001 is a quality management system, showing strong customer focus, leadership, teamwork, with clear systems and processes, always looking for continual improvement. It shows that our organisation and our suppliers are independent but, have a mutually beneficial relationship, creating value for both.
